GENERAL SUMMARY Liquid and lyophilized formulation development of protein therapeutics, stability data trend analysis, degradation study, report and SOP writing, compatibility and comparability studies and trouble shooting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and develop liquid and lyophilized formulations for pipeline products.
2. Design and performs forced degradation studies for pipeline products.
3. Write study protocols and reports
4. Manage stability data, analyze stability trend and write development report.
5. Provide technical guidance to junior collegue.
6. Maintain laboratory and laboratory instrumentation.
7. Maintain laboratory notebook and records.
8. Maintain instrument records.
9. Work in a safe manor compliant to company policies and procedures
Experience and Skills:
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
1. BS with 6-8years of experience, MS with 4-6 years of experience, Ph.D. with 1-3 years of experience
2. Hand-on experience on lyophilizer, particle counters, Karl-fisher, FTIR, CD, DSC, Fluorescence, light scattering etc.
3. Hand-on experience on HPLC, SDS-PAGE, IEF etc.
3. Knowledge of protein chemistry with experience in protein sample analysis and handling
