Responsibilities

will include. but are not limiled to. the followine:

Per.fotm and nanage all activities associated with the development and execution of contracts withinvestigators (sponsored studies and investigator initiated studies) and other cortract types as

necessaly.

2.

Assist Celgene study managers in preparation of grant budgets by providing plotocol benchrnarkìng

infounation,

may negotiate costs for ancillary contracts. Coaches staffregarding benchmatking anrl

budget related questions.

. Manage the contract negotiation process, identifying changes to the Legal deparhnent and coordinatechanges requested maintaining Celgene's interests are safe guarded as well as couniy specificare refl ected.

Track, manage and monitor all chang€s to study scope affirming tinely amerÌdment finalization and

ilnplementation.

Manage ¡elationships with Celgene staflas well as clinical site personnel. Identify potential risks and

rranage

issue resolution ofr¡oderate to high complexity. Create backup plans as necessary.

Involved in projects or programs (complex and rnultiple).

Experience and Skills:

4+

years in the Phannaceutical Industry; 3+ years perfoüning clinical contracting

BA/BS

degree in life sciences, business, finance or equivalent,

(MBA/MS-4+

years in the Phamaceutical Industry; 2+ years in peforming clinical Contacting)
