* Achieve annual objectives for a defined area of responsibility
* Utilize territory management tools to effectively plan andtrack targeting efforts
* Target and visit key oncology accounts with the major focus on oncologists
* Provide territory reports as required and on time
* Work effectively with co-promotion partners whereappropriate
* Become product experts within defined training period
* Expand oncology therapeutic knowledge on an ongoing basis
* Create a positive working environment with colleagues at all company meetings
Experience and Skills:
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
* PharmD, RPh., RN, PhD, or BS/MS with relevant industry experience preferred
* 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* 3+ years oncology related experience
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding organizational goals and objectives
* Demonstrated knowledge of key business drivers in the oncology market place
* Established relationships with key oncology customers
* Excellent record of effective targeting and focus
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
