RN or BS/BA in basic science PLUS a MINIMUM of THREE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE as a clinical research associate experience in project and personnel management in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech environment excellent oral and written communication skills thorough understanding of GOOD CLINICAL PRACTICES clinical project development experience from Phase I through Phase IV ability to deliver customer satisfaction to our clients (large pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotech firms) desire to work in a fast growing CRO on cutting edge projects
